They have solved the problem!

They also have a cloud-program called Stack. It used to be for free. Then parts of it crashed and they lost a lot of my data. They decided to have only payed formulas but because they'd lost most of my data they gave me some free space. Now all for sudden I receive an invoice to pay. Any decent company would send you a warning; so do Spotify, Norton, Netflix and so many more as soon as your free subscription turns into a payed one. Not these guys, shame on them and such practices.

Thanks for your answer. Apologies accepted. What about the payment? Today I received a warning that you guys were going to charge me extra if I don't pay...

Very correct follow up by TransIP, after further conversation they have send me a credit-note. The invoice was cancelled.

In this we can only agree with you.

Since we no longer have free STACK products, you have received 100% discount for a period of 12 months. After this period the discount automatically expired and you have to pay for your service.

In this particular situation, where you received a free STACK from us out of apology, we should have informed you that that period was expiring.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The dashboard for customers is at first somewhat confusing but it offers more control than I find elsewhere. When contacting them for support, fairly quickly someone answers spot-on. I'm an IT'er myself, and I can say that the people behind Transip know what they're doing.

gewoon slecht Just Bad

gewoon slecht. Product is complexer in gebruik en de onbetaalde versies wordt je dood gegooid met reclame MEGA.NZ is daarbij een stuk vriendelijker. Inmiddels diverse clouds geprobeerd maar deze is gewoon slecht. Diensten ook. Je krijgt snel antwoord maar je kunt er weinig mee. verwijzen naar AV .... alsof iedereen die leest. De belangrijkste staan ook niet verzameld bij een eerste lijstje. Sorry maar niet goed is niet goed.

just bad. Product is more complex to use and the unpaid versions you are thrown dead with advertising MEGA.NZ is a lot friendlier. Tried several clouds now but this one is just bad. Services too. You get a quick answer, but you can't do much with it. refer to AV....as if anyone reads it. The most important are also not collected in a first list. Sorry but not good is not good.

Jaren lang klant geweest en was altijd tevreden maar na de Carona zij ze veranderd in geldwolven en blokkeren je op het moment dat je ze nog geld schuldig bent.

reactie op vragen wordt beantwoord op zo een manier dat je er helemaal niets aan hebt. gewoon betalen is de boodschap.

heb mijn domeinnamen begin dit jaar allemaal weggehaald uit onvrede blijkt er na een jaar nog allerlei facturen open te staan waar je totaal van niet op de hoogte wordt gesteld tot dat een incasso bureau op je mail staat. mensen niet mee in zee gaan. het zijn een stelletje geld wolven en niet anders.

Been a customer for years and was always satisfied, but after the Carona they turned into money wolves and block you when you still owe them money.

response to questions is answered in such a way that it is of no use to you at all. just pay is the message.

I removed all my domain names at the beginning of this year out of dissatisfaction, after a year there are still all kinds of invoices outstanding that you will not be informed about until a collection agency is on your email. people do not go into the sea. they are a bunch of money wolves and nothing else.

I was always skeptical of using a…

I was always skeptical of using a credit repair company but I decided to give (Ransomwarecredit @gmail com ) a try. I am so glad I did. They have been so helpful in getting my credit score up. For the first time recently I was able to secure a loan with a low interest rate which I could have never gotten previously. I work tons of hours so doing this on my own was not an option. Whenever I had a question or wanted to get an update, customer service was always helpful and polite. Rare to find these days. I would recommend Ransomware Credit to anyone that needs help with their credit. It has really been a great experience overall.

Really poor service

Really poor service. All they are interested in is your annual subscription fees. It takes over 4 weeks to get a response and by that time, they tell you that you owe them the anual fee. Disaster

Great hosting with superb customer service

I've used TransIP as the host for all my websites for more than 6 years. During that entire time, I've never had any issues whatsoever with their hosting. All the people at TransIP have gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I had questions or needed to change things on my websites. Very much appreciated, as I'm not a website expert whatsoever. Highly recommend!!!

embarrassing customer loyalty

Client for almost 10 years, direct debit failed for 16 euros and immediately to a dept collector with high fees. While the upcoming direct debits are collected by Transip my account and all my email communications got blocked. Dept collector is only emailing to my blocked address and Transip refuses to solve this matter, what an embarrassing customer loyalty.

From 10 to 570Euros: Collection fines. No telephone support. Account blocked, can't terminate contract.

You would think that a website service would just take your website offline and suspend your account if you don't pay on time. Apparently, TRANSIP sends your info to a collection agency. From 10Euros to 570Euros, for "collection fees".
And then you try to reach support, but support isn't available by phone.
Then you try to access your account to see what's going on, but your account is totally blocked till you pay your fines.
Then you DO pay your fines, your account is still blocked.

Don't do it

Don't do it! You'll be paying way more than expected. It tried to cancel a couple of times. Only worked after I had paid 2 extra times for nothing already! Their customer support was fast to react, however I asked them to deactivate my account on multiple occasions, which they didn't.

I’ve had nothing but good experience…

I’ve had nothing but good experience with TransIP.

Even with a difficult hosting situation where they didn’t have to put in the extra effort, they went the full mile.

Not only that, I’ve noticed that their support team responds very accurately and very fast. Honestly have never seen such good support from a hosting company. Most hosting companies take several hours to respond. I’ve gotten a response from TransIP within an hour most of the time, if not less!

I had registered domain name with…Transip.nl

I had registered domain name with Transib.nl once. After it has been canceled they didn't stop sending invoices and after some time i found that Transib sent my data to third company which added en extra costs. If you don't want to work with a company that practice scamming their clients simply avoid it.

So do I from now.

They put my website down without ANY REASON

They put my website down without any warning. They just has blocked the domain without give us any warning. The website before to be blocked was down every day around 2-3hours in the busiest hours. The service is really bad. They promise to reply a ticket or mail in 1 hour. I'M STILL WAITING FROM 9:30 AND IT PASS ALREADY 2,5HR WITOUT ANY REPLY FROM TRANSIP.

Over the last 15 years I tried and…

Over the last 15 years I tried and tested many hosting companies and their VPS and dedicated servers. Since the day I discovered TransIP, I'm not wasting time on searching for something better, TransIP is simply the BEST!! Excellent infrastructure, service, very stable, no downtimes, clear (and cheap!) pricing and finally the simplest, yet the most powerful control panel.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!!

Great service and support

I used transip for a virtual private server and a domain name.

The service was very easy to use and I had no problems at all.

I stopped using the service after a year because I didn't need it anymore, and had no problem cancelling.

The support staff are very friendly and helpful.

If I need another VPS or domain in the future, I will use transip again without hesitation.

awesome support

I've noticed Transip now supports TLSA records, but DNSSEC is unfortunately not available for .me TLDs. So I wrote to the support. Not only were they fast and super friendly (got a nice reply about 10 minutes after my initial request), they also forwarded my request to their tech support, which investigated further. After 1-2 days I got another message. DNSSEC is now working for my domain. Just awesome.
